After a very long time Yahoo's Carol Bartz and Microsoft's Steve Ballmer finally signed a deal that will turn Microsoft Corporation into the 2nd largest search company(Google is the 1st largest search company) in the world, and turn Yahoo into a media driven advertising broker.
Under the deal of both the companies Microsoft and Yahoo, Microsoft's Bing.com will power Yahoo's search, and Yahoo Inc will be able to sell search advertising for both companies.
The deal will help both Microsoft and Yahoo by increasing revenue and also decreasing costs. The deal can decrease a few of google search market but can't reduce dramatically into Google's search market share.
